West Brunswick Township Municipal Building in Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, PA. West Brunswick is a 2nd Class township that has been a Ludgate Engineering Municipal Client since 1998. Ludgate Engineering serves the Township as its’ Engineer, Zoning & Code Enforcement Officers and Sewage Enforcement Officer. Ludgate Engineering is finishing an Act 537 Plan Update for the Township and will be generating Amendments to the Township’s Zoning & Subdivision Ordinances.
EASTERN SCHUYLKILL PLANNING
Tamaqua Area School District Municipalities, Schuylkill County, PA. Ludgate Engineering was retained by Eastern Schuylkill Planning (ESP), a joint planning agency, to prepare three different joint planning documents. ESP Region Joint Comprehensive Plan, ESP Region Joint Zoning Ordinance, ESP Region Joint Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO). These documents will replace existing land use ordinances currently in effect in these municipalities.
