French Creek town homes are located in Phoenixville, Chester County, PA.Ludgate Engineering Corporation was responsible for the master design plan for 130 acres of the abandoned Phoenix Steel site. The project included the subdivision of the site into 12 development parcels. A 156-unit town home development is among four sites that have been developed with Ludgate Engineering providing civil engineering services.

FESTIVAL AT EXTON - MARSHALL'S
Located at the intersection of Route 30 and Campbell Blvd in West Whiteland Township, Exton, PA, the project involved a mall expansion to accommodate a new retailer, Marshalls. Ludgate Engineering provided surveying and site design services including stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control planning. Although the site did not require any additional impervious cover the township required rain gardens to increase the groundwater quality. Because of utilities, the site could only accommodate 1 rain garden. A self-sustaining wetland modular system was installed to meet the requirement for 2 rain gardens.
